Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. It also reduces your negotiation of any job with the tradesman you're contacting, I've used the RP app a few times but not sure if I will use it again. Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project.
