What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paul in the future. He arrived at the time agreed and set about finding the problem. He explained the problem and work he had carried out in detail (yet understandable to a lay-person). The price was what I was anticipating and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future if needed.
