Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work.
