New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.
