We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Pure water window cleaning using the latest reach and wash system. We also clean conservatory’s, fascias and soffits and shop signage. We also offer gutter clearing and cleaning services using the latest gutter vacuums so we can work safely from the ground. We do one offs aswell as regular cleans.
