A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Lps offers services from plumbing a washing machine to New extensions. All our team are fully qualified and we pride ourselves on the customer service and quality delivered.
Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
We have had nothing but excellant work from Ross Glover. From the quotation, he came out himself along with a plumber and electrician to give a true quotation. His work has been of excellant standard. His workers are very reliable and we are kept up to date at every stage of the build. Their knowledge and professionalism is fantastic and have given us good advice and resolve problems which have come to light. They have also been able to help save costs on the build aswell.
