James arrived on time and completed a range of small jobs. Adjusted kitchen cupboards, put up a desk, laid some cushion flooring, put 2 tiles up as a splash back and moved a heavy fire. He was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend BEK property maintenance based on this experience. They were a real help. Thank you.

I am delighted with the work Martyn has done. I wasn't sure exactly what sort of trims I wanted so he brought some samples for me to select from, and even suggested how to finish off the corners of the window reveals. He was prompt, professional and tidy. He saved me money on the tiles as well! I would strongly recommend him, in fact I've asked him to come back and do another little tiling job I have. My job was the exterior painting of my house. Between quoting for the job and completion was over a month due entirely to some of the wettest, windiest weather we have had in a long time. I had regular updates from Vince apologising for the weather and as soon as the weather improved Vince was on the job and it was completed promptly to a high standard. A neat and tidy job with all waste taken care of. I would definitely use Vince for any future painting jobs. In short a top quality job at a fair price.
