Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Ian communicated excellently, came to quote when he said he would and then kept me updated on sourcing materials and when he could do the job. Ian fixed the problem with no fuss and, as requested, quoted for some other work. I'd happily use Ian again.

We used Nick to hang and paint some interrnal doors for us and he did an amazing job. He contacted us quickly and stuck to the price which he quoted which we thought was very fair and reasonable. Lewis and his team arrived onsite ready to start work immediately. I was impressed by their professional friendly approach and the level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail from all of the team members during the rewire.
