A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

GD replaced fence posts and put the fence back up as requested. They even spotted some other work that need done (a fallen wall) and arranged to rebuild this as well. All good quality work at a reasonable price. Would recommend!

After struggling to get somebody to do this job Miller Property Maintenance contacted me and promptly arranged to view the job. they explained to me what needed done, quoted me a reasonable price and arranged to do the job in 2 days .By the time they came there were more panels down but they fitted them for the original price and secured other loose panels to prevent further damage. they carried out excellent work and kept me informed as to what they were doing .I would definitely use them again. .
