A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. This guy lack communication skills. I asked him to give me a quotes. He seems not to understand how to speak and understand English and that is really affecting him. I have told him I can trust him with my job. I was asking him what was his quotes, he is saying another thing. He can only communicate to his fellow country men I believe. He lacks professionalism and composure. He doesn’t know how to relate to customer. I don’t feel like he knows what he is doing. He is a confused person. I won’t recommend him

I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished.
