Terrible experience all around. First bathroom was finished 2 weeks behind schedule and left with a leaking shower and lots of snags (messy grouting, misaligned taps, uneven tiles, etc). Second bathroom was ripped out and left unfinished because he had an accident (different stories) and no backup crew. Then, came back to fix snags from first bathroom but left loads undone/incomplete and, when confronted, he accused me of wanting to hold on to ÂŁ200 for nearly a ÂŁ20,000 bathroom project.
