George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Hi my name is Craig from C Williams Electrical & Renovation Services Ltd. I started out as a self-employed electrician in the early 90's working for local electrical companies and Bristol Council. I soon advanced to getting my own work through renovation companies and kitchen and bathroom companies. Whilst working for these companies I began to learn other trades to assist my working day like plastering, decorating and kitchen and bathroom fitting. Initially I carried this work to save time waiting for other tradesmen to arrive but soon became part of my working day, this saved me time and I return saved the customers time and money On my bigger projects I bring in the necessary trades that I have a close working relationship with but on a day to day basis it's just myself and my son who is training as an electrician. I make it my policy to never take on a job I cannot complete and never start a project until my current one is complete to give my customer full commitment. Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.

I am really pleased with every aspect of John's work. From start to finish he has been professional, honest and approachable. I had a few quotes for my job and picked John as he seemed the most competent and was happy to talk through all the options. He also came in at a very competitive rate which helps! He always arrived on time and insisted of clearing away each night. All of his team also worked to a high standard.
