Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out.
