Dale, did a first class job fitting a toliet and sink in a very small space within a bedroom. Building a partition wall around it. Challenging job, but he did it so well! Also speedy and cleaned the messy up. I would highly recommend .

Lovely young lad named Daniel who came to sort out our chimneys. Very polite,very knowledgeable. Did a great job in v windy conditions. Would definitely get him again to sort out our other roofing matters.

Highly recommend What a fantastic team Gary and Lewis are. Not only did they do a great job in our utility room, but they were on time, polite, courteous and incredibly tidy. Gary also arranged any subcontractors needed and the job was amazing value for money. We have already booked Gary in for other work in the New Year.

I've only got good things to say about Andy & Jed, the attic conversion they did is 1st class. They gave honest professional advice, were relaible and punctual and carried out the work to a high standard. All at fantastic value for money. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company; they were on time and always called me as promised to make arrangements. The end result looks great and was all done with the absolute minimum mess and disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! Phil from Greenbank joinery quoted an outstanding price for the job, I was able to make the decision to hire him immediately based on the initial visit to discuss the work and the price I would pay on completion. Phil was polite, friendly, understanding, professional and the quality of his work and how quickly he completed the job was brilliant. I would recommend using Phil to friends and family. I have now got a beautiful new stair rail and spindles thanks to Phil and Greenbank Joinery! Thank you.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. We can't say enough about him and would recommend him in a heartbeat. Ken and Julie.

Excellent job completed by Chris. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the installation of the door in a clean and tidy manner. I was going to try and fit this door myself but glad that I left it to the expert :o). Have no hesitation in recommending Chris to my family and friends. Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price.
