Great work ethic. Very hard working. Nice people. Can turn their hand to most things and get you out of trouble. Laid oak flooring, fixed previous plastering errors and then did a lovely job of decoration. Are experts with stone and tiles too.

We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money. We would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

I couldn't praise this builder/ landscaper enough, highly professional with great workmanship at a reasonable price. Always consulted with me to clarify any design issues. Peter was great - he did exactly what he said he would exactly when he said he would. He worked to high standards and even came back to finish when his schedule was delayed by me. He is tidy and left things as you would want them left. Highly recommended. Jacqui stroud.

I cannot recommend Gary and his boys enough, they have done a fabulous job on my back garden with a new patio, artificial grass and brick built planters. I have already asked them to quote me for my front garden as would not use anyone else now. Thank you again Wilson Builders.

Very quick response from David and he got straight to business. Very professional, did an amazing job on a very overgrown garden and left it all looking very neat and tidy indeed. Worked about 6 hours on v hot day. I don't normally give five stars but his work was first class!

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Amazing job from Chris and his team. Prompt quotation and reply to questions from Chris; Lee and team on site were always on time, friendly, professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing. They thought of and provided everything. When you're busy, it's simply amazing not to have to do or worry about anything! Came back next day morning due to leak but fixed it quickly and came back afternoon to double-check. Great customer service. Final bill matching quote. Would highly recommend.

Kane and Caleb did a great job removing a 15ft high and 7' thick leylandii hedge and replacing it with a close boarded fence. They did exactly what Kane said he would and at the price agreed. His price was very competitive and I would certainly use him again for future work.
