George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Shane arrived on time, completed the job to our satisfaction sooner and in less time than he first estimated and it looks good. He was polite and listened carefully to what we needed and discussed the project in detail. He cleaned up well after himself. He recently started out on his own after working for someone else which may be why he doesn't have many ratings yet.

We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous.
