Excellent service! They called to discuss the job and arrived at the property very quickly. They explained the work needed and cost - and ensured they did a high quality job - even completing some other work needed at the same time. We had a fantastic experience with Jim. His quote was very reasonable, about half the price of some of the other builders. He is a very lovely, genuine guy & also extremely reliable. Turned up on site promptly every day & finished the job (downstairs extension plus a dormer window upstairs) very quickly - the whole lot was done in about 3 months. He talked us through every step & made sure we were well informed. It all came in on budget & he was very honest with his costs & timescales. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Standard of workmanship was excellent. Andrew and Stuart were very accommodating and ensured that they tidied up before leaving for the night. Work was completed ahead of schedule, and to a high standard. Would definitely use firm again.

Sandy is a fantastic tradesman, he's very friendly, a great communicator and turns up exactly when he says he is going to. He gave us a detailed and realistic quote. In fact we asked him for a quote on another job in the house too. For the repair itself, he did a very good job, and sent me photos in progress. A small crack appeared during the 'curing' process and Sandy came back, fixed the crack and was happy to do so. It has been a couple of weeks since the job was done and our wall is looking lovely!

Hired PH3 home improvements to carry out some plastering work for me.Ricky was fantastic from the start of the process to completing the job. I cannot recommend Danny enough. He surpassed my expectations and did an amazing job. He built a "master peice" of a sandstone retaining wall which matched my house and salvaged my drive way. My front of house looks a million dollars. Danny is a perfectionist but very relaxed at the same time. A+

I can't rate Magic Builders highly enough, they are really reliable and professional and take a huge amount of care in what they do. I would recommend they to anyone and I have asked them to do more work for me as they did such a good job initially.
