I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. This guy is unprofessional. He came and said he wanted to do a job which he wasn’t sure of. I told him to go ahead only for him to want to start the job and said he was going to come the next day. I called him and he was lieing that his van was on MOT. I knew he didn’t want to do the job cos he doesn’t know anything about the job. I will not recommend him. I called him just now and what is telling me is that he has make a research and he wil be sending a quotes. You didn’t know what you wanted to do before.
