Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Sandy is a fantastic tradesman, he's very friendly, a great communicator and turns up exactly when he says he is going to. He gave us a detailed and realistic quote. In fact we asked him for a quote on another job in the house too. For the repair itself, he did a very good job, and sent me photos in progress. A small crack appeared during the 'curing' process and Sandy came back, fixed the crack and was happy to do so. It has been a couple of weeks since the job was done and our wall is looking lovely!

Stefan did a really nice job on the plaster work for me on some very awkward and badly damaged ceiling and walls areas. The whole repaired area looks perfect now. He worked quickly and efficiently, and left the place clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend him for any plastering jobs you might have.

After struggling to get somebody to do this job Miller Property Maintenance contacted me and promptly arranged to view the job. they explained to me what needed done, quoted me a reasonable price and arranged to do the job in 2 days .By the time they came there were more panels down but they fitted them for the original price and secured other loose panels to prevent further damage. they carried out excellent work and kept me informed as to what they were doing .I would definitely use them again. .
