We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

I needed the pointing removed and new pointing added to a very old internal brick wall in my flat. The team arrived early, and were extremely professional. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
