A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Regency Roofing contacted me soon after the job was posted and arrived at my home an hour later as promised. The problem was inspected thoroughly with several faults pointed out to me, and a repair was proposed, agreed, and immediately completed. The repair has been satisfactory so far with no further leaks despite some heavy rain. However, the price asked was to my mind very high for the amount of work involved, even for an emergency repair. That is why my rating is 4 star rather than 5 star.

He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. Unfortunately Val has let me down, spent the day ripping up previous flooring, furniture outside under the gazebo, texted him to confirm all ready at 17h45 that night, his reply was that he was now abroad on a family emergency. He could have told me this sooner, surely?! Airport lounge at the latest?! Sorry, no recommendation from me, communication is key.
