Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. We undertook the damp proofing, re-plastering, carpentry, re-wiring, decoration and even put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains also, and re finished all of the furniture that you can see. Our tradesmen are time served most with 30 plus years in there own professions (having completed both apprenticeships and training by the CITB Construction Industry Training Board) at Chichester Technical Collage. We do however have specialists in a number of other areas as in Damp Proofing, Timber Treatments Dry and Wet Rot, Lateral Water Penetration and Condensation problems. We are at present training one of our team to undertake (EPC) Energy Performance (Surveys) Certificates in order to help our clients with there renewable energy projects. These guys worked hard to complete a job that required a great deal of physical effort since there was no access for machinery for digging or earth moving. Cleaning up at the end of the work could have been better. Although the finished work looked very good we are still waiting for George to replace the paving slabs that he said he would replace which were broken in their haste to leave on completion of the job - Nothing but excuses so far, hence the average rating.
