A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Responded promptly to the job after I posted it on RP. Good communication throughout. Battled through the weather to get to me. Took some pictures of the problem and then fixed the issue the same day. Also repaired an issue with our windows. Sent me pictures of the completed work and provided 5 year guarantee on the invoice.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.
