A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. Since 2020, I’ve expanded into the building sector, working on a range of projects including excavating footings, setting out for concrete, installing windows and doors, plasterboarding, and fitting bathrooms. I’ve also been involved in kitchen installations, flooring, and patio laying, with my main focus being plumbing, drainage, and groundworks. Excellent, quick service provider. We had a ridge tile that became loose because of a storm. Home Maintenance came the next day after calling to discuss the job and repaired the tile and repointed ridge tiles. Also, they inspected the whole roof and noticed another broken tile, which they replaced too. Highly recommended, photos given for work and great communication. Thank you both.
