A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch. Very efficient, great communication. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Only recommended work that was needed and was very reasonably priced. From quote to job done all in same day and left the place tidy. Fantastic service.

Robert had to deal with a very neglected garden, he listened to what i wanted to achieve and advised on how to improve the condition of the soil, as my garden is mostly clay based his advice was very welcome, in the 2 hours he spent doing a first tidy and cutting down of old shrubs the transformation was stunning, we have agreed on further work in 2 weeks time , when compost and plants/shrubs will be added to the garden, his pricing is very reasonable, Rob is very polite and cleans up after work

Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
