A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
I have been a general builder nvq lvl3 for over 12 years and never been out of work and still busy. have come to this site to see if there was any small jobs i could fit in over the weekends and maybe more! also three most recently years in stone masonry.

Sean was punctual, helpful, worked hard and did an excellent job, would recommend and will use again.
Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. In the last 10 years the business has diversified and now accommodates a scheme of works within construction from kitchens to bathrooms, gardens to bedrooms, fire and flood damaged properties and more. Gareth employs several staff and subcontracts to NICEIC registered Electricians and GAS SAFE registered gas engineers. Therefore, GMS can offer project managing and the client only needs to converse with one trade [GMS] rather than multiple. Thus, taking the stress out of the job.

Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done
I could not recommend this tradesman more highly. He did excellent, careful work, as well as always being considerate and keeping disruption to a minimum. The tradesman completed a large amount of work, including locating difficult to find materials and sourcing a specialist subcontractor, within one week. His rates were very fair and I am hoping to hire him to do further work here.
