First time I have used a site like this, am very impressed by JJ Builders, nothing too much trouble and job finished ahead of time and to a very high standard, I was kept informed at all times of the jobs progress, this is a good team who take pride in what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, excellent work.

Paul of Forwood joinery fitted a new loft hatch for me. He was very prompt at giving me a quote which was very reasonably priced. The nature of the job was unavoidably messy but Paul tried his best to keep this to a minimum by covering the walls and carpet. I am very happy with the work he carried out and would definitely use him again. I have recommended him to friends, one of whom has since used his services. Like me they are very happy with his work and his prices.

This was most helpful as a second opinion on poor work we had already had done by Roofmagic. The report by Tailormade has helped get the original work repaired shortly and I will certainly get another opinion after the repair has been done to find out if Roofmagic had done a better job second time around.

"As per many of the other positive reviews, we have another to add and cannot fault Dale and his work ethics. He has fitted some internal doors and handles for us and we are very pleased with how they look. He even got rid of all waste at the end of the day and worked nonstop throughout what was a very cold day on the job. I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.

Couldn’t have asked for more from Chris and his team. Excellent workmanship. Bespoke work done to better than imagined. A real craftsman who was a pleasure to have in my home. Work carried out to an excellent standard, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be having Chris again for more work! Can’t recommend him highly enough.
