The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
