First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Firstly let me say Thank you to PLP decorators, that are highly knowledgeable and experienced professionals with passion for what they do. They did an amazing and thorough job at my house with a great 'no problem' attitude, always showed up on time and what they said and did stood expectations. They worked hard and I could feel straight away my flat was in good hands. They explained the job to me in details and discussed options beforehand. I recommend them easily with pleasure and confidence to anyone.

James from the office and Luke who came to fit our carpets were both a pleasure to deal with. Despite being a long tough days work Luke took his time and made sure that the finish was spot on. I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Robert and his team carried out the work in the agreed timescale, they all worked very hard, shown a total dedication the project, creating solutions to unexpected problems. Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
