Chris came to quote for the job quickly and suggested ideas to help us with our kitchen renovation. He kept in touch throughout and arrived on time to complete the work. The finish of the work from Chris and also the plumber he organised to plumb the sink, tile, reconnect the gas hob and seal was excellent and we are very happy with the completed job. Any complications found were quickly dealt with and no extra charge was added. We would not hesitate to recommend Mitchell Construction.

Steve did an excellent job in removing the corner tape, placing and re-painting. You would never know there was any problem! The job was done quickly and efficiently and Steve is a really friendly guy. Would recommend for any jobs in your home and will definitely use his services again in the future.

Work has now been completed by Richard. An excellent job as so many alterations were needed to get to the finish line. So very pleased and would highly recommend Richard. We have asked Richard to come back to do a further job for us when he is free to do so.

First class job of our fencing and building of our chicken enclosure. David was reliable, conscientious and trustworthy. He turned up when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. He also didn't charge the earth but gave a very fair price in my opinion. We would definitely use his services again.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Very happy with Jonathan. Too often, we have experienced overpriced and delayed services. Jonathan provided the most competitive price for two days work, however he completed a grand job in half the time and only charged us for the one day.
