The charge of £60 was a bit to much for something that wasn’t done or completed. In my opinion £20 would had sufficed to cover for the petrol. Probably had to pay another £90 or more, to take out the old one and place a new oven. Just to much for me after spending £60 the last time. Still, was polite, professional and he knew well the issue.
