Kieran was able to sort the issue we have and fix it very quickly. He liaised with the tenants and got the job sorted. Would definitely recommend and will come back for any other plumbing work needed.

We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

Great company. From visiting ang giving a quote right through to completing tje work and sending the invoice a very professinal comany. The work was completed to a very high standand with hardly any mess or disruption to my working day. Chris and Paul just got on with the job. Fantastic job on kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was remodeled with a wall knocked down. Completely new bathroom refit. Durham carried out the work to a high standard and we are very happy with the results. He was also very thoughtful and pleasant - we would recommend him for any job.

Paul and his team are excellant. They worked solidly all day and cleaned up thoroughly every night before leaving. They built me a beautiful porch using materiels in sympathy with the rest of the house. Their quote was very reasonable. I can highly recommend them and would use for any future work.
