Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.

Outstanding service and quality work, Steve was extremely reliable and tidy, ensuring he left the house in a perfect state at the end of each day and turning up promptly each morning. He was also very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy at each stage of the job. He's also fantastic with kids - couldn't recommend him enough!

Carl's plumbing service was outstanding. He's incredibly knowledgeable, explaining complex issues clearly. He installed a water softener and tap flawlessly, even optimizing under-sink space. Kind, courteous, and mindful of noise with a baby around, he fixed a faulty tap repeatedly without extra charge. His prices were very reasonable, and he even corrected a water tank installation error (pipe replacement & soldering) at no cost. Highly recommended for his expertise and exceptional service.

Ciprian did the EICR in my flat today. All went well. He also spotted that two of my bathroom ceiling lights were not to standard and replaced them. Nice chap and did what he said he would do. I would hire him again.
