We found Kurt to be reliable, hard working and really easy to deal with. He put us in touch with another contact too, and together they worked as a team to re-build and fit our kitchen exterior wall with new bi-fold doors. Kurt also helped prepare our chimney for a new wood burning stove - overall a great job and the work of a high quality. Highly recommended - thank you!

James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. We have already identified further jobs that we wish James to undertake - and would not hesitate in recommending him.

Lewis and his team arrived onsite ready to start work immediately. I was impressed by their professional friendly approach and the level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail from all of the team members during the rewire. Finally, my wife and I were confident we were in good hands and would highly recommend Lewis and plan to have him back next year to carry out further work. Fantastic service - a visit arranged within 2 days of the initial phone call, and the job started within 2 weeks. Excellent advice, very thorough and nothing is too much trouble. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Matt Belchamber did an absolutely brilliant job on our cliff top garden under the most arduous weather conditions in the Spring of 2014. In association with the garden designer he recommended to us (Bo Cook of Alitura) he transformed the garden from a modest patch of lawn and borders into a work of art. He started on time (when the winds were blowing at hurricane force) and completed the work on time, keeping us fully informed all the way. We cannot recommend Matt too highly.

Excellent workmanship and a very professional and reliable team. Always kept us up to date on the progress and costs of the work and were always flexible to any changes that we made. We were extremely pleased with the final result. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.
