Derek and Jack were absolutely excellent, before starting the work Derek spent a great deal of time working through the design with me and ensured everything was prepared for the new bathroom. During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. I was always kept up to date with what was going on and was listened to for all aspects of the design and layout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again; they'll be doing my kitchen soon!

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Kind, courteous, and mindful of noise with a baby around, he fixed a faulty tap repeatedly without extra charge.
