This was a particularly tricky installation, throwing up all kinds of problems along the way. Ryan worked his way through them all with a smile and now I've got a fab new boiler system. Thanks Ryan and here's to the next boiler in the barn!

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.

Keith was exactly what we needed to sort out our ageing kitchen work top, he replaced the worktop and did some "tweaks" to plumbing, tiling and it looks like a brand new kitchen. Highly recommended and we want him back at home to do more work asap.

This was most helpful as a second opinion on poor work we had already had done by Roofmagic. The report by Tailormade has helped get the original work repaired shortly and I will certainly get another opinion after the repair has been done to find out if Roofmagic had done a better job second time around.

We had a downstairs toilet fitted recently. The work was carried out quickly, and Sunny and his associates were lovely, considerate and hard working. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up.
