Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

We were really impressed with Tim’s workmanship and service. He was easy to work with and a good communicator, keeping us informed when there were delays in the delivery of the doors. All the doors were fitted in one day and the place was left reasonably tidy. Minor snagging was resolved reasonably quickly. We would definitely hire Tim again and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
