Colin can turn his hand to anything. A brilliant worker and has a very high attention to detail. The coving in the house dates back to the 1930s and not available to purchase any more. Coming was able to band make a section of the coving and honestly you could not tell. Great Job. So good have engaged him on a number of additional projects since and the standards are exceptional.

At present, our work is still in its early stages, rectifying 90 years worth of previously bodged jobs. The CBA Team have been excellent so far, they arrive on time, work hard and do things the right way. I will be using them again once this project completes.

Kevin can be quite forthright and when work is in progress is very untidy. He has some superb ideas and leaves a quality job behind. After a few weeks after completion it is apparent what a super effort has been made and he makes a through job of cleaning up and leaving the site spotless. In all the best builder we have had in 25 years. Just close your eyes while the work is in progress! It comes good at the end.

Chris did a fantastic job installing my dishwasher in an awkward location. As well as rescheduling without fuss when the delivery of the dishwasher was delayed, he worked around unforeseen issues and stayed through a wash cycle to ensure everything was okay. Along with this the price quoted was great value and did not change when the job was done. I would not hesitate to request Chris's services again in the future. Highly recommended!

I have to say there work is top class very reliable and ready to help where ever they can. had an extra bit of work and they did it with no fuss. After every day the house was cleaned and tidied. And the job was done a day earlier than expected. Which was grate as this was a emergency job . Would say to all try these guys first if you want top quality and value for money. We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

Dan kept me informed about when he would arrive. He was very Personable and professional. Did the job efficiently and quickly, left no mess. He dismantled my gas cooker. He arranged for it to be removed. I’m very pleased the cooker will be cleaned up and sold to at a low price to someone in need. Will definitely use Dan again for any plumbing I need. Mariusz was very professional. He arrived to quote when agreed. He explained the work that was needed and how long it would take, and was on time each day. He also fixed some unknown issues. The quality of work was high and completed within the agreed time frame, and also he was a very tidy worker. His quote was also very fair, relative to some others I got. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend. The job was a porcelain tile patio regrouting and some tiles that were loose.

Very honest tradesman who told me the work didn’t actually need to be done, he told me he has daughters himself and wouldn’t want someone ripping them off either
