Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm. Hired to do some external painting, and jet-washing of paved area. The former was well executed, the latter not so well. Arbitrarily changed attendance days/times almost on a daily basis. Fairly clueless when it came to tidying up after the jobs. Still awaiting a final clear-up.
