Extremely happy with the job Peter did. Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to ensure the job was done exactly the way we liked. Quote was really reasonable and did extra jobs we asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone. It was a shame we didn't find him sooner as we have had bad experiences in the past with other builders!

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance).
