Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm. Max provided a quote for a job to remove a wall and rebuild it further along, the job ended up being more complicated than planned (we moved some lighting, needed to level floors and ceilings and moving radiators) but Max was clear about the additional charges and provided a fair price. Max's communication was excellent and the cleanest builder I have met. I wouldn't hesitate getting Max to do further work or to recommend him to others.
