John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. £5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Had a honest quote for a big job and they even managed to fit it in in just 3 days job was complete..ordered parts and kept me informed at all stages then put in a long shift to complete even when other minor problems occurred they fixed it also with ease .Would recommend to friends & family always .
