I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. Excellent team and family run business. Very professional and polite. Had a full house rewire done and they completed the job to the highest of standards. Kept in the loop all the way. Would highly recommended and definitely get back for any future works

Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Very satisfied with work and would employ again for further plumbing/heating jobs

Kelvin was polite respectful and considerate towards my elderly mother who the job was being done for. He left her home clean and tidy every evening. The standard of his work is second to none , giving consideration of her needs at all stages of the refurbishment. I would highly recommend him.

Very happy with Gary's helpfulness and attential to detail. He really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly and looked good afterwards (re-grouting the floor to match the toilet, replacing pipes elsewhere in the bathroom he found to be unsuitable, etc.)

I am very happy with the work James has recently completed for me which consisted of building a wall for my garage conversion. He takes a lot of pride in his work and was very professional. An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing.
