Simon and Lewis were excellent to work with - positive demeanors, friendly and very tidy. They resolved a few unexpected issues with the re-wire without complaint and without quoting for the additional work. They were also quicker than expected. A very good company and one I'd hire again in future!

The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Lots of promises but was really trying to squeeze us in between jobs. Work never got completed.

Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.
