Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *

We hired Bogdan and his son to assemble and move some furniture. They did an absolutely fantastic job with the most impressive attitude! We immediately hired them for more work and then twice again. Every time every single thing was impeccable. I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Kyle, who is very creative designed an extra room within the upstairs , which delighted us.. He is a superb workman and crafts man and his team are brilliant.
