Through to start date Kieren also kept in contact which was appreciated. Job was completed within agreed time frame and to the expected standard. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

I needed a flat on the first floor cleared of all furniture etc. Despite being only a one bedroom flat there was a lot of “stuff” in it. The guys arrived on time and cleared the flat quickly and efficiently. It’s unlikely I’ll need their services again for this purpose but I highly recommend them for anyone who does need a flat or house clearance. Wes, who runs the business, was really helpful.
