But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. Highly recommend. Steven was very knowledgeable and advised that the metal frame for the carport was in the concrete, and therefore, the fence would still be supported once the roof of the carport was removed. Job completed well and all rubbish removed.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.
