I am very pleased with my new basin. Sergiu is highly skilled and completed the work to a high standard with minimal mess. I was sent the wrong washstand but Sergiu cut it to size with no fuss. He also let me know what he was doing and checked things out with me as he completed the job to make sure I was happy with any adjustements he needed to make. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
