£5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Brendan and his team carried out several jobs around my house, very happy with the results. I really can't rate Davie high enough. Never have I had a tradesman so eager to please the customer. He contacted me within one minute of my job being posted and turned up the next day when he said he would. His quote was in the ball park of what I expected. At every stage of the job, he texted me to let me know where he was at, i.e. brick matching etc. I would like to say thank you to Davie and his team. It is so great to be able to say "this is what I need done". And to have it done, no hassle.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.
