Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

Arthur was the epitome of a professional. I’m a solo female buyer, a first time buyer and first time renovator so I was nervous that I would get taken advantage of. I have never felt safer with a professional than I did with Arthur. He was friendly, warm, patient and able to talk me off a cliff when I was starting to doubt my design choices. We got 6 walls newly plastered. 2 of the walls had unevenness. Very poor workmanship with evidence to back up claims. Adam has paid some money back to us to fix the issue but it should of been done properly in the first place.
